Growing up on a mixed farming operation with sheep and crops, she developed an early appreciation for the agricultural industry and the vital role it plays. This background inspired her to pursue studies in animal science, strengthening her understanding of livestock production and agricultural systems.
At Cultura Connect, Sanchia supports recruitment across the agriculture, food, and forestry sectors, assisting with candidate sourcing, engagement, and operational support.
