Hanneke Swanepoel

Hanneke joined the Cultura Connect team as a Resourser, bringing with her over eight years of experience in procurement, logistics, and operations. Hanneke’s strong background in the agricultural sector is a massive bonus for our clients and candidates. Having managed end-to-end supply chains and logistics, she truly understands the ins and outs of the agricultural world. This gives her a unique, first hand perspective when spotting top talent for the industry.

She juggles complex projects with a smile and has a real knack for understanding exactly what a team needs to thrive, leveraging her natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. 

Always eager to keep learning, she holds an Honours degree in International Relations and a Diploma in Project Management, meaning she loves finding smart, efficient ways to get things done.

Outside of the office, Hanneke is a big fan of exploring new places and experiencing different cultures—she even spent a couple of years teaching English in Bangkok! Whether she’s diving into a new project or chatting with candidates, she brings a warm, globally-minded energy to everything she does.
