Pam Jones
Pam is another Harper Adams University alumna who brings both commercial and practical agricultural experience to the Cultura Connect recruitment team. She graduated in 2001 with a BSc in Agriculture Food Marketing & Business, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the agricultural supply chain and commercial dynamics within the sector.
Coming from a dairy farming and cheesemaking family in the heart of Cheshire, Pam has agriculture deeply rooted in her background. Following graduation, she built extensive experience in the fresh produce and retail sectors, developing valuable expertise in account management and retail operations that complement her agricultural foundation.
Pam's combination of family farming heritage, formal education, and commercial experience across fresh produce, food manufacturing, and retail creates a unique skill set that enables her to relate effectively to both candidates and clients across the agricultural spectrum. Her understanding of the sector's commercial realities, combined with her deep-rooted knowledge of farming operations, makes her exceptionally well-positioned to identify the right talent for specialised roles.
