Becky brings an unparalleled farming pedigree to her role as Cultura Connect's Recruitment Consultant. Having grown up on a robotic dairy farm in Cheshire, she fully understands the demands of the agricultural industry and, perhaps most importantly, the solutions required to meet modern challenges.
During her time at Harper Adams University, Becky earned the esteemed accolade of Cheshire Farms Competition 'Young Farmer of the Year' and studied at Beijing Agricultural University as part of her BSc in Agribusiness. Following graduation, she continued working within the industry, gaining valuable experience across livestock feed, rural education, and third-party trade. This exposure to different facets of agribusiness not only strengthened her knowledge but enabled her to develop extensive relationships and connections throughout the sector.
Becky graduated from the Challenge of Rural Leadership program in 2025, further enhancing her industry credentials. Her love of the agricultural sector makes her a passionate advocate for matching the right people with the right opportunities, sharing Cultura Connect's vision of helping individuals and agribusinesses thrive to secure the future of this vital industry.
A self-confessed industry enthusiast, Becky maintains her expertise across diverse areas from robotics and soils to people management and fresh produce. Her commitment to continuous learning sees her regularly attending conferences and developing her skills to better understand the evolving agricultural landscape.
Outside the office, Becky is kept busy with her two children, plays netball and tennis, and enjoys growing her own produce.
