Kate Pocock
Kate Pocock was born into a dairy farming family, and was brought up with the values and ethics that are intrinsic to the business. This foundation in farming inspired Kate to pursue a B.Sc in Agricultural Economics at the University of Reading, and post graduation she applied her knowledge to sales and marketing roles within the agri sector. More recently, Kate has focused on the huge potential of social media in agribusiness.
Kate possesses a great skill set; firm roots in farming and agriculture combined with vast knowledge of contemporary marketing strategies enable Kate to fuse tech with tradition, applying the latest advances in digital marketing to an otherwise conventional industry.
As Cultura's Marketing Director, Kate oversees all operational Marcomms activities and is passionate about the promotion of the sector. Kate is determined that people who have grown up in the industry, as well as those with non-farming backgrounds, are attracted to the wealth of opportunities which the sector provides.

Alongside her work with Cultura, Kate supports Hugh in running their farming business and takes care of their family.
